Uganda Wildlife, Nature & Cultural Adventure - 8 days

Day 1: Kampala/Entebbe – Murchison Falls National Park

Depart Kampala or Entebbe and travel north towards Murchison Falls National Park. Stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary if included in your chosen itinerary for a guided rhino experience. Continue towards Murchison Falls and check into your lodge.

Day 2: Murchison Falls – Morning Game Drive & Nile Boat Cruise

Begin with an early morning game drive through the park in search of elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, antelopes, lions and other wildlife. Return to the lodge for breakfast and relaxation. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise on the Victoria Nile towards the base of Murchison Falls, with opportunities to see hippos, crocodiles and abundant birdlife.

Day 3: Murchison Falls – Fort Portal/Kibale

After breakfast, depart Murchison Falls and travel south towards the Fort Portal and Kibale region. Enjoy the changing scenery as you travel through rural Uganda. Arrive at your lodge and relax.

Day 4: Chimpanzee Tracking & Community Experience

After breakfast, take part in chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest National Park. Explore the rainforest with experienced guides while searching for chimpanzees and other primates. Later, enjoy a community or cultural experience around the Bigodi area, learning about local traditions and daily life.

Day 5: Kibale – Queen Elizabeth National Park

Travel from Kibale to Queen Elizabeth National Park after breakfast. Enjoy the scenic journey through western Uganda and arrive in the park for lunch. Later, embark on an afternoon game drive.

Day 6: Queen Elizabeth – Game Drive & Kazinga Channel

Start with a morning game drive to explore the park's wildlife-rich savannah. After lunch, enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel. Look out for hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes and numerous bird species.

Day 7: Queen Elizabeth – Cultural & Scenic Experience

Enjoy a relaxed morning and take part in a cultural or community experience in the surrounding area. Depending on local arrangements, experience traditional crafts, food, music, storytelling or community activities. Later, enjoy a scenic drive through the region.

Day 8: Queen Elizabeth – Kampala/Entebbe

After breakfast, begin the journey back to Kampala or Entebbe. Stop for lunch along the way and enjoy your final views of Uganda's countryside before reaching your destination.
