Uganda Primates & Wildlife Safari - 5 days

Day 1: Kampala/Entebbe – Kibale Forest National Park

Depart Kampala or Entebbe in the morning and travel west towards Kibale Forest National Park. Enjoy the scenic countryside and stop for lunch along the way. Continue to Kibale and check into your lodge. Spend the evening relaxing in preparation for the following day's chimpanzee experience.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking – Bigodi Wetland Experience

After breakfast, proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing before entering Kibale Forest. Begin your chimpanzee tracking experience with an experienced ranger guide. Search the forest for chimpanzees while enjoying encounters with other primates and bird species. In the afternoon, visit the Bigodi area for a guided nature and community experience, offering insight into local life and the area's rich biodiversity.

Overnight: Lodge/Camp near Kibale

Day 3: Kibale – Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, drive from Kibale towards Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and crater-lake landscapes along the way. Arrive in the park around lunchtime and enjoy an afternoon game drive, searching for elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kob, warthogs, antelopes and other wildlife.

Overnight: Lodge/Camp in or near Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 4: Game Drive – Kazinga Channel Cruise

Start the morning with an early game drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park. Return for breakfast and relaxation before lunch. In the afternoon, take a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, where you can observe large concentrations of hippos, crocodiles, elephants and numerous bird species.

Overnight: Lodge/Camp in or near Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth – Kampala/Entebbe

After breakfast, begin your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe. Enjoy a scenic drive through western Uganda, with a lunch stop along the way. Continue to your final destination and conclude your safari.
