ITINERARY
Day 1-2: Arrival in Uganda and Exploring Kampala
- Arrive Entebbe International Airport, Uganda – receive a warm welcome by our expert safari guide.
- Transfer to Kampala, the capital city - 45 minutes to 1hour drive
- Visit the Uganda Museum, Kasubi Tombs, and Namirembe Cathedral lunch at a restaurant that serves local food in Kampala.
Dinner and overnight at a student’s Hostel- comfortable budget facilities.

Day 3-4: Murchison Falls National Park
- Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park by road – about 6hour drive.
- Take a game drive and boat cruise to see wildlife, including hippos, crocodiles, and birds.
- Hike to the top of Murchison Falls for stunning views
Dinner and overnight at Gipiri & Labongo Lodge, comfortable budget facilities.

Day 5-6: Kibale National Park
- Drive to Kibale National Park – 6-7hours on the road, lunch along the way.
- Go chimpanzee trekking and explore the forest
- Visit the nearby Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for birdwatching
Dinner and overnight at Rwenzori View Guest House - comfortable budget facilities.

Day 7-8: Queen Elizabeth National Park
- Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park - about 2hour drive
- Stop at a local market to buy some fruits like a local and see if you win a bargain.
- Take a game drive to see lions, elephants, and other wildlife
- Visit the nearby Kazinga Channel for a boat cruise
Dinner and overnight at Simba safari camp- comfortable budget facilities.

Day 9-10: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
- Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park – about 6hours on the road.
- Go gorilla trekking and explore the forest
- Possible community walk in the evening on day 10
Dinner and overnight at Haven Lodge- moderate facilities or comfortable budget Hotel in Kisoro town.
Meal plan: breakfast -lunch-dinner.
Day 11: Transfer to Kampala by road.
- It’s a day’s journey-have lunch along the way – 9–10hour drive.
Dinner and overnight at student’s Hostel or budget hotel– comfortable budget facilities. (Note: it’s possible to break the journey and spend the night along the way, or opt for a domestic flight from Bwindi - Kihihi to Entebbe Airport.) Please let us know your thoughts.

Day 12: Transfer to Entebbe International Airport - Fly to Tanzania
- Arrive Kilimanjaro International Airport – warm meet and greet by expert safari guide.
- Transfer to your overnight Hotel in Arusha – comfortable budget facilities.
Dinner and overnight at a student’s Hostel or guest house - comfortable budget facilities.

Day 13-14: Serengeti National Park
- Drive to Serengeti National Park - 4-5hours by road.
- Take a game drive to see the Big Five (lion, leopard, rhinoceros, elephant, and Cape buffalo)
- Witness the Great Migration of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles depending on the time of the year. Spend most of day 14 doing game drives and have a picnic lunch.
Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Heritage Tented Camp- moderate facilities.

Day 15-16: Ngorongoro Conservation Area
- Drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area – about 3-4hours from Serengeti.
- Visit the Ngorongoro Crater, the world's largest intact caldera
- Take a game drive to see wildlife, including the Big Five

Day 17-18: Transfer to Kenya
- Depart Ngorongoro very early – 6:00am - drive to the Kenya border and cross into Kenya to Nairobi – about 6-7 hours on the road. Lunch along the way.
- Visit the city of Nairobi and explore its attractions, such as the National Museum and Giraffe Centre - day 18
- Take a tour of the nearby Nairobi National Park – day 18

Day 19 -20: Amboseli National Park
- Drive to Amboseli National Park
- Take a game drive to see wildlife, including elephants, lions, and cheetahs
- Visit the nearby Maasai community for cultural insights and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro
Day 21: Transfer from Amboseli National Park – Nairobi
Lots to see along the way and arrive to rest. Enjoy our last special dinner and say good byes and prepare for our international flight home the next day.
Day 22: Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for international flight home.
The team will be transferred to the airport at the agreed time full of life memories of their East Africa safari.
