Day 2: Kathmandu to Pokhara Drive (822 m.)
Today, travellers will have a scenic drive to Pokhara, which is the most stunning city in Nepal. Travelers will have their breakfast in the hotel and get ready for the trip to Pokhara. The Kathmandu to Pokhara road distance is about 200 kilometers, which will take 6 to 7 hours to drive. The driving road is mostly smooth, and some have bumpy surfaces during the travel to Pokhara. You will pass by beautiful valleys, rivers, terraced rice fields, and traditional villages during the trip. There will be a lunch and tea break on the highway to Pokhara, where you can have a rest and explore the surroundings. Day 3: Pokhara to Jhunu Danda and trek to Chhomrong 2,170 m / Sinuwa
Travellers will wake up in the early morning and have their healthy breakfast in the gorgeous grounds of Pokhara. You will get ready to have the most-awaited journey to Annapurna Base Camp, which will be the first day of your trek for this trip. We will drive to Jhunu Danda from Pokhara, which is about 65 to 70 kilometers, and it will take approximately 3 hours to reach. From Jhunu Danda, your first leg of the most beautiful trek will start, and you will trek to Chhomrong. Trekkers will pass by the beautiful villages and wonderful landscapes during the trek. Jhunu Danda is popular for natural hot springs, where you can have a dip in the pond while finishing your trek.
Jhunu Danda to Chhomrong will take around 3 to 4 hours to trek. The altitude of Chhomrong is about 2,170 meters, which is approximately 1,400 meters above Pokhara. You will be staying in the comfortable teahouse in Chhomrong, offering beautiful mountain views.
Day 4: Chhomrong to Dovan 2,600 m. via Bamboo
Today you will be trekking to Doval from Chhomorong. Have your morning breakfast and get ready to trek to Bamboo and reach Dovan. You will have a trekking distance of around 5 to 6 kilometers, and it will take 5 to 6 hours to reach Dovan. You will trek through lush forest, traditional villages, Madi Khola, and beautiful landscapes. During the trek to Dovan, there are popular teahouse spots like Sinuwa and Bamboo before reaching Dovan. Once you reach Dovan, you will transfer to the teahouse where you will be staying overnight. Explore the beautiful surroundings and have your evening dinner, then stay and unwind in the comfortable room.
Day 5: Dovan to Deurali 3,200 m. via Himalaya
After breakfast, you will trek to Deurali, where you will be entering into the deeper alpine Himalayan region. For the first time, trekkers will start to experience challenging adventures. Dovan to Deurali will take around 5 to 6 hours to trek, depending on the trekker's pace. The altitude of Deurali is about 3,200 meters above sea level. You will pass by Himalaya, which is a popular village between Dovan and Deurali. You will be exploring the beautiful Hinku cave, alpine forest, snowcapped mountain peaks, and alpine meadows during the trek. Once you arrive in Deurali, you will be exploring beautiful mountain peaks, which look very close to you, and other wonderful surroundings. You will have your dinner and an overnight stay relaxing in the teahouse.
Day 6: Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp at 4,130 m via MBC at 3,700 m.
Trekkers will be trekking to the most demanding trekking destination, Annapurna Base Camp. You will have morning breakfast in Deurali and start the trek to Annapurna Base Camp via the beautiful Machhapuchhre Base Camp. The trek to ABC from Deurali is about 7 to 8 kilometers, and it will take around 4 to 5 hours, depending on the trekker’s pace. The altitude of the Annapurna base camp is about 4,130 meters above sea level. You will pass by alpine meadows, deeper alpine valleys, glacier streams, and popular MBC and arrive at Annapurna base camp. The amazing Annapurna Base Camp is the final destination of the ABC trek. You will explore the egregious surroundings and beautiful Annapurna ranges and experience the snow in the Annapurna Base Camp. Overnight, you will have dinner and stay in the beautiful teahouse.
Day 7: Annapurna Base Camp to Sinuwa 2,340 m.
After the successful Annapurna Base Camp trek, you will be returning to Sinuwa. You’ll have your breakfast and trek back to Sinuwa from Annapurna Base Camp. The trail will be mostly downhill, with some uphill and some level treks. The trekking distance for today will be around 16 to 17 kilometers, and it will take 6 to 7 hours to trek. During the trek, you will be exploring the beautiful Annapurna ranges, Fishtail, Dhaulagiri, and other beautiful mountains. On the arrival of Sinuwa, you will transfer to a comfortable teahouse. Explore the surroundings, and overnight, have a rest after dinner.
Day 8: Sinuwa to Jhunu Danda at (1,780) m and drive to Pokhara at (822 m.)
You will have the final day of the trek in the Annapurna base camp trip, where you will trek to Jhunu Danda and drive back to Pokhara. Trekkers will have a delicious mountain breakfast in Sinuwa and trek to Jhunu Danda; it will take around 3 hours to trek. The altitude of Jhunu Danda is about 1780 meters. You will have natural hot springs in Jhunu Danda, and you can take lunch. After lunch, we will take a ride to Pokhara, which will take 3 to 4 hours to drive. However, the distance from Jhunu Danda to Pokhara is about 60 to 70 kilometers, but due to some bumpy and off-road driving, it will be a slow drive.
On arrival in Pokhara, you will be transferred to the beautiful boutique hotel in Lakeside. Have a rest sometime, and you can have a leisurely walk around the vibrant city and lakeside. You will have your evening dinner in the vibrant restaurant and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 9: Pokhara to Kathmandu Drive (1,400 m.)
Pokhara is the most vibrant city in Nepal, and it is one of the prettiest cities in the world. You will wake up early in the morning and explore the beautiful morning vibes at the lakeside of Pokhara. Travellers will have their breakfast in the hotel, which will have a variety of options of food items. You will drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu around 6 to 8 am in the morning; hence, you need to be ready before the given time. The road distance from Pokhara to Kathmandu is about 200 kilometers, which will take 6 to 7 hours to drive.
