Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m.)

Day 2: Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860 m.) and trek to Phakding (2,610 m.)

You will start the journey to Lukla from Kathmandu, wake up early in the morning, get refreshed, and take a flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. You might have a flight from Ramechap to Lukla depending on the weather condition and other conditions of the Kathmandu airport. Kathmandu to Lukla will take around 25 minutes by flight, where you will have a scenic mountain flight and explore the amazing Himalayas. Lukla airport is at about 2,860 meters, and you will start your trek from Lukla to Phakding. Phakding is about 2,610 meters, and the distance from Lukla is around 8 kilometers. The trekking duration from Lukla to Phakding will take 3 to 4 hours depending on the trekkers pace. You will be exploring the beautiful subtropical lush forest, unique landscapes, the beautiful suspension bridge over the Dudhkoshi River, and the beautiful local village.

After spending some time in the Everest View Hotel, you will get back to Namche and have lunch and rest sometime. Day 5: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870 m.)

You will have your morning breakfast in the hotel and start the trek to Tengboche. The most scenic and spiritually peaceful trekking to Tengboche is beautiful and rewarding. You will have uphill and some downhill trekking trails with amazing views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. The altitude of Tengboche is about 3,870 meters, and the distance from Namche is about 10 kilometers. Trekking to Tengboche from Namche Bazaar will take 5 to 6 hours to reach. On the arrival of Tengboche, you will be having rest sometime in the teahouse, and you will explore the beautiful sacred and spiritual site of Tengboche Monastery. In the evening you will be having your delicious dinner and overnight stay in the cozy teahouse.

Day 6: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410 m.)

Trekkers will wake up in the morning and enjoy the beautiful vibes of a Himalayan morning. You will have breakfast and get ready to trek for Dingboche. Ascending to Dingboche is a beautiful Everest journey, which offers you the beautiful Island Peak, Ama Dablam, and Lhotse views. Tengboche to Dingboche is around 11 kilometers, and it will take approximately 5 to 6 hours to trek. The elevation of Dingboche is about 4,410 meters. You will be exploring the Khumbu glacier, and there will be icy wind from the Himalayas. The altitude of Lobuche is about 4,940 meters, and it is about 9 kilometers from Dingboche. Relax with hot tea or coffee and explore the surroundings. In the evening have your healthy dinner and overnight stay in the teahouse.

Day 8: Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m.) and Back to Gorak Shep (5,164 m.)

Today you will wake up early in the morning and have your breakfast, then get ready for the most demanding trekking Everest base camp submission. Trekkers will trek to Everest base camp via Gorak Shep and trek back to Gorak Shep. You will follow the Khumbu glacier along the rocky path and cross the beautiful ridges. You will be exploring beautiful Pumori, Ama Dablam, Khumbutse, Everest, and other gorgeous Himalayas. Lobuche to Everest Base Camp is about 12 kilometers, and it will take around 6 to 8 hours. The Everest base camp is approximately 5,364 meters above sea level. You will take beautiful pictures that will last the memories for a lifelong period. Spend some time in Everest base camp and get back to the Gorak Shep.
You will have rest with having hot tea or coffee at Gorak Shep in the beautiful teahouse. Explore the beautiful surroundings and overnight stay in the tea house after having your dinner.

Day 9: Trek to Kala Patthar (5,545 m.) and trek back to Pheriche (4,371 m.)

Today, you will trek to Kala Patthar, which is the highest point of the Everest Base Camp trek. From Kala Patthar you will have panoramic views of Mt. Everest, Pumori, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and others. You will be ascending to the Kala Patthar, which will take around 1.5 hours to 2 hours to submit to the Kala Patthar peak. The Kala Patthar is elevated at 5,545 meters. You will have an amazing sunrise view from Kalapatthar; gorgeous Everest, Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Lhotse, Pumori, and other beautiful mountains will give you amazing rewards. Explore Kala Patthar sometime, take pictures for lifelong memories, and get back to Gorak Shep. You will have your breakfast in Gorak Shep and trek to Pheriche. The altitude of Pheriche is approximately 4,371 meters.

Today's whole-day trek from Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar and back to Pheriche is about 13 to 14 kilometers, and it will take 7 to 8 hours to trek. Once you arrive in Pheriche, you will have hot butter tea or coffee and relax sometime in the teahouse. You will be exploring the beautiful Pheriche and celebrating the achievement of successfully climbing Kala Patthar and Everest Base Camp. You will have your evening dinner and overnight stay at Pheriche.

Day 10: Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m.)

Trekkers will wake up in the morning and have their breakfast in the hotel. You will get ready to trek back to Namche Bazaar, which is a long descent. You will trek back from Pheriche at 4,371 m to 3,440 meters all the way down. The trek to Namche Bazaar is to be downhill, so be careful and relax while moving your feet. You could have muscle ’pain and knee problems, yet you need to relax and be careful. Pheriche to Namche is about 16 to 18 kilometers, and it will take around 7 to 8 hours to trek. Once you arrive in Namche Bazaar, you will be transferred to a comfortable hotel where you will relax from the long trek. Have a rest sometime and explore the Namche bazaar and its beautiful surroundings. Overnight stay in the hotel after having your dinner.

Day 11: Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,860 m.)

After breakfast you will trek to Lukla from Namche Bazaar. The trek from Namche to Lukla is about 17 to 18 kilometers, and it will take 6 to 7 hours to trek. Trekkers will be descending to Lukla. However, the trekking trail is downhill and uphill; you will be crossing the suspension bridge over the Dudhkosi River and the Hillary suspension bridge. You will exit the Sagarmatha National Park and Manjo cheaply. You will be exploring the beautiful terrain, lush forest, and wonderful landscapes. Once you arrive in Lukla, you will be having a rest in the lodge. You can explore around the beautiful Lukla airport, which is the highest-altitude airport in the world. Day 12: Namche Bazaar to Kathmandu and Valley Sightseeing (1,400 m.)

Finally, today it will be ending your Everest base camp guided trek; you will be flying to Kathmandu early in the morning. Wake up in the morning and have your breakfast, then get ready to fly to Kathmandu. Usually, the flight in Lukla will be early in the morning due to weather conditions. The Lukla to Kathmandu flight will be around 25 minutes. During the flight to Kathmandu from Lukla, you will be exploring the beautiful Himalayas views, including Everest.
