Chisapani Nagarkot Hiking is the short and sweet hike to the northern side of Kathmandu. Hiking around the Kathmandu valley can be in your bucket list if you are in Kathmandu. Moreover, if you have plans to explore the surrounding hills of the valley, this may be for you.
The hike starts from Sundarijal which is the major attraction itself within the valley. Gradually, making your way up to the hills of Shivapuri National Park.
Requirements
You are suggested to bring the hiking sticks along with sunscreen cream, raincoat, at least two bottles of water, backpack, hat, proper hiking shoes, jacket, and the things you may need.

Itinerary
Day 1Drive to Sundarijal and trek to Chisapani (2300m)
Day 2Hike to Nagarkot (2175m)
Day 3Hike to Changu Narayan and drive to Kathmandu
The day starts with the glories sunrise along with the excellent views of the snow-capped peaks. After breakfast, we continue our journey towards Changu Narayan Nepal’s oldest pagoda style temple which takes approximately 3 hours. After exploring this UNESCO world heritage site, we drive back to Kathmandu to end our a day hiking tour.
