Exclusive Cusco and Machu Picchu 4 Days (Peru) - 04 Days / 03 Nights

• Day 1 Lima - Cusco
Arrival to Cusco - City Walking Tour

You will be pick up at Cusco Airport in the morning (3.300 m. – 11.000 ft. above sea level), and after a good nap in the afternoon, to get used to the altitude, we are going on our city walking tour to explore Pre Inca, Inca and Colonial streets and visit the Inca temple called “Koricancha” (Temple of the Sun) and the Cathedral of Cusco. Easy day walking around the city getting an idea about all the different options you have in this cosmopolitan city (restaurants, museums, shops, pubs, etc.).

• Day 2 Cusco - Sacred Valley of the Incas – Machu Picchu (B, L)
Tour to Pisac Market and Ollantaytambo / Train to Machu Picchu

In the morning we take our bus towards this beautiful and fertile valley where the Incas got important cities like Pisac and Ollantaytambo. Spectacular and built in harmony with the nature and always surrounded by an incredible landscape.

In the afternoon we take the train to Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu (approx. 1,5 hour, a nice train with a nice view). Overnight in Aguas Calientes (2000 m. – 6000 ft.).

• Day 3 Machu Picchu – Cusco (B, L)
Tour to Machu Picchu

Early in the morning we take our bus to Machu Picchu to explore the fascinating Inca city. There will be a guided tour for around 2-3 hours and after you will have free time for your own exploration, feeling and understanding this culture. It is also possible to go back early to Aguas Calientes and do some shopping, get a good lunch etc.

Later in the afternoon, we will take the train back to Cusco, arriving at our hotel in the evening (around 8-9 p.m.).

• Day 4 Cusco – Lima (B)
Return to Lima

In the morning, after a late wake up call, transfer to the airport for your flight to Lima (there you will have the chance to spend some hours in the city waiting for your international flight).
