This is the last camping place residing below Kalapathar (5545 m). The time finally arrives as you will be stepping your step on the iconic base camp of Everest (5365 m). Leave your footprints and take as many pictures as possible. Cherish the moment to the fullest. Early morning sunrise view from Kalapathar will add more gloss to your trekking in Everest region. Trip heads back to Lukla for the flight to Kathmandu following the same trail.

Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu
when you arrived at Tribhuvan International Airport [TIA] in Kathmandu,you will warmly welcome by a representative of Nepal Trekking routes.After complection of custome formalities.collect your luggage and go to arrival gate.Look outside for representative,who display the sign 'Nepal trekking Routes'.you will be escort to your hotel.After checking in you will meet your trekking guide or at the hotel or in the office .After this you will have free time for Kathmandu city.One evening,Nepal Trekking routes organizes welcome/farewell,dinner programme at an excellent traditional Nepalese restaurant where you can enjoy with Nepalese culture programme as well as an ethnic meal.overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Kathmandu to Phakding via Lukla flight (2,652m) 3 hrs
Early morning flight to the world's most extreme airport in Lukla takes place. The scenic view of the Himalayas from the plane offers best things to come in the remaining days' trip. Once you are landed in the airport chilled mountain air will welcome you towards the abode of Mt. Everest. After meeting with the trekking crew members we trek towards Phakding.
Day 03: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) 5 - 6 hrs
The trekking along the Dudhkoshi River takes the trekkers to the Sherpa hub Namche Bazaar. The trekking is flatland until you reach Larpchen Bridge. From this scenic point uphill trekking of about 1.5 hours will take you to Namche. The first view of the Everest is seen just before the tourist check point.
Day 04: Namche Bazaar: Rest day
Acclimatization is very essential during the high altitude trekking. Therefore, we take rest in Namche Bazaar as part of acclimatization process. The hiking of Everest View Hotel bestow amazing view of Mt. Amadablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, Mt. Everest, Thamserku, Cholatse, Tabuche and many others. After some strolling we return back for the night in Namche Bazaar.
Day 05: Namche to Tengboche (3,870m): 5 - 6 hrs
The marvelous journey along the green lush forests consisting of uphill and downhill takes the trekkers to tranquil and sacred monastery place of Tengboche. The sound of the prayers and feel of staying above the clouds present unique mountain feeling.
Day 06: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,360 m) 5 - 6 hrs
Trek along the Pangboche valley which is in the crossroad of the Amadablam Trekking towards windy valley of Dingboche. The landscape starts to change from this day. The tree line starts to disappear and scattered bush remains as the vegetation of the area.
Day 07: Dingboche Rest Day
The hiking of the Nagarshan Hill (5100 m) takes place as part of final preparation before scaling the Everest Base Camp. This is the right time to get acquainted with the locals of the region.
Day 08: Dingboche - Lobuche (4,910) 5-6 hrs
The major highlight of this day's trekking is the memorials of legendary Everest Summitteers who lost their lives in Everest at Thukla Pass. The memorial of the Rob Hall, Scott Fischer, Babu Chhiri Sherpa and numerous others will let you feel the significance of the region.
Day 09: Lobuche to Gorekshep via EBC (5,170m)8-9 hrs
Along the moraines and side by side with Khumbu glacier we will reach Gorakshep. After brief stop we head to iconic Everest Base Camp. Take as many pictures as possible and return back to Gorakshep
Day 10: Gorekshep to Pheriche Via Kalapatthar (4280 m) 8-9 hrs
Early morning hiking of the Kalapathar to witness the Himalayan sunrise is the most alluring activity to do in Everest region of Nepal. The sun rays kissing the lofty himalayas glowing the surrounding will definitely worth every hardship endured during the trekking. The trekkers then descend to Pheriche for overnight.
Day 11: Pheriche to Namche (3,570m) 5-6 hrs
Don't say that the route is same and there is nothing new to see while returning. You will witness absolutely different landscape and feeling is different while returning. Enjoy your return trip with local brewery and food.
Day 12: Namche to Lukla: 6- 8 hrs
Descend and enjoy this return trip to Lukla.
Day 13: Lukla – Kathmandu:The scenic mountain flight will take the trekkers from Lukla to Kathmandu.
Day 14: Farewell Travel Guest
The journey within the mountains of Nepal comes to an end today! There is nothing to do but we just trade emails to travel companions and organize our photos. If we have more time we can do some shopping or sightseeing. At last approximately 3 hours before our scheduled flight, a representative from Nepal Trekking Routes Drops you to the airport. On your way to home we will have plenty of time to plan our next adventure trip in the wonderful country of Nepal.
